Travel WODs

Sitting at my AirBnb, enjoying breakfast as we chat with our host.  Super gracious woman who offered snacks and tea.
Very British sounding "Let's have a proper brew".

This morning we got up around 8am with the sun shining through the window and did a small workout in the grass outside.  I've been trying to do something everyday.  First day I did a WOD based off of Team's:


3min amrap
4 lunges
3 burpees
2 squats
1 leg lift + push-up

warm-up
50-40-30-20-10
situps
bicycle crunches

"strength"
15 push-ups

The next day I did 16 push-ups and then 100 squats.  I'd like to come back with some fitness intact.

Today we did a WOD from an app I downloaded that has a library of travel workouts.
 5 rounds of 
30 second plank holds
30 second side plank hold
30 second other side
10 push-ups
20 mountain climbers

Quick and easy.  Hopefully we keep it up!
